Commonwealth Registers More Than 160 New PE’s

Over 160 candidates from Virginia successfully passed the April 2005 Professional Engineer licensing exam. The newly licensed P.E.’s include: Karen Lillian Achong-Boodlal, P.E., of Sterling; Donna E.
