Westminster Canterbury Richmond is seeking an experienced individual to lead our engineering staff and oversee upkeep and maintenance of the campus. Applicant must be self-motivated, have strong team building and customer service skills, possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to the highest quality standards. Responsible for daily operations of the engineering department, including grounds maintenance of a 50-acre campus. Proven working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades. Prefer college education in the engineering filed or business. Must have at least 5-7 years of directly related and management experience with budgetary and financial performance.
